It brought together the South Phyongan Provincial Art Troupe, the South Hamgyong Provincial Art Troupe, the Ryanggang Provincial Art Squad, the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex and other units from across the country. Twenty-odd works of magic, appreciated at the preliminaries, were put on the stage.

The contest, divided into the categories of expert and amateur, was held by way of estimating the styles of creation and technique of juggleries.

The performers well represented the revolutionary spirit and optimistic life of the Korean people through unique forms and artistic tricks.

Illusionary jugglery "Hot wind of sports", functional jugglery "Cards tricks", common jugglery "Lights of love" and others were highly appreciated.

South Hamgyong Province took the first place.
