Present there from the DPRK side were Choe Jin Su, chairman of the DPRK-Syria Friendship Parliamentary Group who is presidium member of the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea, deputies to the SPA and from the Syrian side were members of the delegation of the People's Assembly of Syria and Tammam Sulaiman, Syrian ambassador to the DPRK.

The issues of boosting the friendly relations between the assemblies of the DPRK and Syria were discussed at the talks.
