Speeches were made after reports titled "Probe into the truth behind the massacre of Koreans and theory of denying the massacre" and "Structure of the massacre and responsibility for a colonial rule".

The reporters and speakers disclosed the massacre of Koreans committed by the Japanese imperialists at the time of the great Kanto quake and called for more thoroughly probing the truth behind the massacre.
