In the university standings Kim Chaek University of Technology took a special place, and Chongjin University of Mining and Metallurgy, O Jung Hup Chongjin University of Education No.1 and Kangson University of Industrial Technology took the first place. In provincial standings, Pyongyang City took a special place and North Hamgyong Province took the first place.
