The bulletin dealt with the feats President Kim Il Sung performed for founding a revolutionary party of Juche type and the fact that Chairman Kim Jong Il developed the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) into a party of the leader and a mother party serving the people.

It also introduced the signal achievements the WPK, under the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, has made by wisely leading the Korean people's struggle for the building of a powerful socialist country and the reunification of the country.
