S. Korea: Ratification of Panmunjom Declaration Urged

| Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) -- Lawmakers in Inchon, Kyonggi Province and South Kangwon Province demanded the ratification of the Panmunjom declaration at the "National Assembly" on Oct. 4, according to the south Korean KBS. They criticized the NA's delayed approval as an act of turning down the people's desire and demand. Meanwhile, the Kangwon Provincial branch of the Minju Party urged the early NA ratification of the Panmunjom declaration for legal validity. |
