C.C., WPK Sends Message of Condolence to C.C., CPV

| Pyongyang, October 8 (KCNA) -- The Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea sent a message of condolence to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on October 5 over the death of Do Muoi, former general secretary of the C.C., CPV. The message expressed deep condolences to the Vietnamese party, government and people and the bereaved families. It said Do Muoi was an elder revolutionary and a prominent political activist of the Vietnamese party and state who devoted his whole life to the liberation of the Vietnamese people and the cause of socialist construction. It noted that though he passed away, his brilliant career and feats will be always remembered by the Vietnamese people. It expressed belief that the party and people of Vietnam would make success in the struggle to build prosperous socialist Vietnam, true to the lifelong intention of elder revolutionaries. |
