The exhibition is aimed to popularize and generalize the research successes made by more than 50 institutions of scientific research and education and production units, including Kim Il Sung University, the State Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, in recent years and to exchange new technologies.

Displayed at the exhibition, divided into such panels as electric power, natural energy and energy saving, are a large number of sci-tech data and products in the forms of model and chart.

An opening ceremony took place at the Sci-Tech Complex on Monday.

Present there were officials concerned and scientists, technicians, teachers and field officials of the exhibiting units.

The exhibition will last until Oct. 12.
