The first secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of the Soviet Union said that the WPK founded by President Kim Il Sung is a guiding force which has led the Korean people only to the road of glory.

The history of the WPK is a history of shining victory in which it has reliably defended the dignity and sovereignty of the country and the nation despite manifold difficulties and trials.

The WPK is vigorously speeding up the socialist construction despite the imperialists' continuous moves to isolate and stifle the DPRK. Its experience is a precious example to be followed by the world progressive political parties.

The secretary of the C.C., All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks who is chairman of the Belarus Association for the Study of Juche Idea said that Kim Il Sung developed the WPK into an invincible revolutionary party.

The deputy general secretary of the C.C., Communist Party of DR Congo stressed that the WPK would always emerge victorious as it has Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as its chairman.

Speakers at a seminar in Uganda said that the present development of the WPK would have been unthinkable without the energetic leadership of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar in Belarus.
