Police's Red Herring Exposed in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 9 (KCNA) -- Jo Hyon O, who worked as director of the Police Agency under the conservative regime of south Korea, has been detained on a charge of red herring, according to the south Korean KBS on Oct. 5. He was reportedly indicted for leading a campaign of posting on websites over 33,000 articles favorable to the then "government" between Jan. 2010 and Apr. 2012. |
