At the negotiation, both sides had an in-depth exchange of views on international issues of mutual concern including the situation on the Korean peninsula which is positively developing thanks to the proactive efforts of the DPRK.

Both sides agreed to further develop the strategic and traditional DPRK-Russia relations in line with the common interests and demand of the new era and strengthen the communication and cooperation between the two countries for positively contributing to the peace and stability of the Korean peninsula and the region.
