Present there from the DPRK side were Minister Kim Il Guk and Vice-Minister Won Kil U of Physical Culture and Sports, and officials concerned and from the Chinese side were Gou Zhongwen, minister of the General Administration of Sports who is leading the sports delegation of the People's Republic of China, members of the delegation and Li Jinjun, Chinese ambassador to the DPRK.
