Leaving earlier were a delegation of the General Association of Koreans in China headed by Vice-Chairman Cha Sang Bo and a delegation of the European regional committee of the Overseas Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration led by Permanent Representative Son Kyong Sok.
