The message extended heartfelt greetings on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the two countries.

For the past decades the Russian Federation and the DPRK have accumulated lots of experience in the course of constructive cooperation in various fields, the message said.

The message expressed the conviction that they would further strengthen all the reciprocal relations including the three-party program with the south Korean colleagues based on the achievements that have already been made.

This, without doubt, complies with the interests of the peoples of the two countries and will contribute to strengthening security and stability on the Korean peninsula and overall Northeast Asia, the message noted.

It wholeheartedly wished Kim Jong Un good health and success and all the citizens of the DPRK happiness and welfare.
