On display at the front wall of the event venue was an art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il standing together.

There were photos showing the revolutionary careers and exploits of the great leaders and photos showing the external activities of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Also displayed were books and photos introducing the successes achieved by the Korean people in building a powerful socialist country.

At the film show the participants watched the Korean film "Grand Celebration of 70th Founding Anniversary of Workers' Party of Korea in Presence of Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un".

Present there were personages and members of progressive political parties, Juche idea study organizations and associations of friendship and solidarity with the Korean people in Nordic countries, the ambassador and officials of the DPRK embassy in Stockholm.

The participants paid a floral tribute to the art work depicting the great leaders.

Personages of Danish, Finnish and Swedish political parties and organizations in their speeches praised the history of the WPK which has led to victory the Korean people's struggle for sovereignty of the country and socialism for more than 70 years since its foundation.

They noted that the revolutionary idea and exploits of the great leaders have been creditably carried forward by Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and world-startling miracles and innovations are being registered one after another in the struggle of the Korean people for building a powerful socialist country.

They stressed that the world progressives aspiring after independence extend firm support and solidarity to the Korean people's struggle for building a powerful socialist country and realizing the national reunification.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the event.
