Head of DPRK Government Delegation Meets President of Equatorial Guinea

Pyongyang, October 13 (KCNA) -- Vice-Premier Ri Ryong Nam, head of the DPRK government delegation, on a visit to Equatorial Guinea to take part in the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of its independence met and had a talk with Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, president of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, at the presidential palace on Thursday.

The president warmly welcomed the visit of the DPRK government delegation to his country, saying that the visit serves as an important occasion in developing the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries with a long historic tradition.

Present there were members of the DPRK government delegation, Tong Chol Ho, DPRK ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, and Simeon Oyono Esono Angue, minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Equatorial Guinea.
