They in the letter vowed to develop the Association into the overseas compatriots' organization with strong sense of the Juche character and national identity and to become pace-setters active abroad in the reunification-oriented patriotic movement for the country and the nation true to the idea of the heaven-sent great men of Mt. Paektu on the Juche-oriented overseas compatriots' movement.
