Minor Crimes in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, October 15 (KCNA) -- According to the south Korean CBS on Oct. 9, the number of minor criminals totaled hundreds of thousands in the past five years. The statistics of the Police Agency showed that more than 240 000 teenagers had been arrested for committing murders, robbery, theft, sexual assault and violence from 2013 to 2017. |
