The exhibition under the theme of "The age of knowledge-based economy and IT enthusiasm" is aimed to give wide publicity and generalize the successes and experience gained in making the country IT-based and developing its IT industry.

On display there are more than 500 IT successes and products presented by committees, ministries, national institutions, scientific and educational institutions, industrial establishments and IT units.

It is to be held in the forms of exhibition, introduction of new products and presentation of new technologies, and exchange and service of IT.

The exhibition will select ten IT model units, ten top IT enterprises and ten top IT products through examination of the sci-tech problems settled in realizing IT-based economy and their economic effectiveness.
