WPK's Birthday Marked in Russia

Pyongyang, October 17 (KCNA) -- A Korean book, photo, stamp and craftwork exhibition was opened in Moscow with due ceremony and a book and photo exhibition and a reception held in Vladivostok on Oct. 11 to mark the 73rd founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea and the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Russia.

On display at their venues were photos of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

There were also books, photos and stamps dealing with the reality of the DPRK making a leap forward day by day and craftworks associated with wisdom and talents of the Korean people.

Present at the events were personages of various circles and masses in Russia and members of the DPRK mission.

Meanwhile, there was a ceremony of opening the week of Korean film show in Moscow on the same day.
