Presented to it, to be held in forms of product exhibition and sci-tech presentation, are more than 31 000 products of 940 kinds made by more than 60 units in the fields of shoe-making and science and education as well as more than 80 research findings.

On display at the product exhibition are famous products representing units and various styles of footwear and shoe-making materials.

Attending the ceremony were Vice-Premier Ri Ju O, Minister of Light Industry Choe Il Ryong, officials concerned and those of units taking part in the exhibition.

During the exhibition there will be an introduction of sci-tech successes made in computerizing sketch and design, localizing raw and other materials and facilities and producing diverse, various and varicolored and light shoes and an exchange.

The exhibition will last until Oct. 26.
