The Syria TV Channel introduced the successes gained in the socialist construction by the Korean people under the guidance of the ever-victorious WPK, accompanied with photos of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The newspaper Al Baath said that Kim Jong Il, who is always alive in the hearts of the Korean people, is the eternal head of the WPK as he developed it into an invincible party demonstrating only victories in carrying out the cause of socialism and independence.

He built up the WPK into an ideologically pure entity and an integral organization ensuring the idea and guidance of the leader, the party which achieved the unity of actions and into a party which has a strong mass foundation and a genuine mother party which serves the people, it stressed.

The SANA reported that Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un is strengthening the WPK into powerful vanguard ranks advancing by dint of ideology and unity.

It went on:

HE Kim Jong Un set it as an important requirement for party building to cement the unity and cohesion of the whole party.

He has led the WPK to adhere to the people-first principle.

Under his leadership the WPK will always demonstrate only victory and glory as it dynamically guides the socialist cause with the absolute support and trust from the people.

The paper Al Nour and Radio Syria, too, made special reports lauding the 70-odd history of the WPK.
