Present there were the north side's delegation led by Kim Song Jun, vice director-general of the General Bureau of Forest under the Ministry of Land and Environment Protection, and the south side's delegation with Pak Jong Ho, vice-director of the Forestry Administration, as chief delegate.

At the talks both sides discussed the practical issues and step-by-step measures for promoting inter-Korean cooperation in forestry and adopted a joint press release.
