Minju Joson Comments on Japan's Extreme Baseness
Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- Osaka City of Japan recently broke off the sister-city relations with San Francisco of the U.S. It was because the latter turned down the former's demand for the removal of the statue of a sexual slave for the Imperial Japanese Army.

In this regard, Minju Joson Tuesday says that the dispute between the two cities has clearly shown how base Japan is.

The commentary continues:

If Japan had got an iota of conscience and if it is prudent, it should have sincerely accepted the demand of the international community for quickly settling the issue of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army. However, Japan was brazen-faced enough to act in such a shameful manner.

Japan's action shows that the country is not sensible of its legal and moral responsibility for the issue, the worst human rights abuse in the 20th century, and that it is so base to shake its fist at the international community.

Japan should bear in mind that it can never change the international community's understanding that Japan is the worst human rights abuser of the 20th century.

It is advised to stop misbehavior and bear legal and moral responsibility through apology and reparation at an early date.
