Present there were Pak Myong Guk, vice foreign minister, Ryu Kyong Il, chairman of the Korea-Czech Friendship Association, officials concerned, working citizens, Milan Hupcej, Czech ambassador to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy, the delegation of the Foreign Ministry of the Czech Republic led by Pavel Vosalik, head of the Department of Special Representatives, and members of foreign embassies and missions of international bodies here.

Speeches were made at the ceremony.

The participants looked round the photos showing history and culture of Czechoslovakia.
