Kangwon Province makes leaping progress in all aspects including local industry and land management. This goes to prove that the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and self-sufficiency is a driving force for the most rapid progress.

Every region and unit should thoroughly attain the goals of the year in the revolutionary spirit of self-reliance and fortitude just as the creators of the spirit of Kangwon Province do.

Let us work for higher leap like the people of Kangwon Province. This is the demand of the Party and revolution for the present. We should perform a fresh feat in the ongoing grand march for economic construction by following the example of Kangwon Province that turns it into a paradise through do-or-die struggle with red flag of revolution in the van.
