Present there on invitation were Pak Myong Guk, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, Ri Kwang Gun, vice-minister of External Economic Relations, Mun Jae Chol, vice general director of the General Bureau for Affairs with Diplomatic Corps, officials concerned and foreign diplomatic envoys and members of missions of international bodies here.

The delegation of the Foreign Ministry of the Czech Republic led by Pavel Vosalik, head of the Department of Special Representatives, and staff members of the Czech embassy were on hand.
