Present there were a delegation of the north side headed by Army Lieutenant General of the Korean People's Army An Ik San and a delegation of the south side with Major General Kim To Gyun as chief delegate.

At the talks, both sides reviewed in an overall way the first-phase implementation of the military agreement attached to the "September Pyongyang Joint Declaration". And they discussed the practical matters arising in the next-phase implementation and agreed to take necessary steps.
