Number of Subscribers to Tele-Education System on Increase
Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The Sci-Tech Complex in the DPRK is running a tele-education system for sci-tech disseminators at all industrial establishments and cooperative farms in the country. And the number of subscribers to the system is on a steady increase.

According to Jang Kwang Chol, head of a training centre of the complex, the system aims at helping sci-tech disseminators improve their ability and qualification for settling issues arising in running sci-tech learning spaces and disseminating science and technologies with comprehensive knowledge of sci-tech information.

The system was developed by Tele-education College under Kim Il Sung University in close cooperation with the complex and is divided into categories of study for teaching program, common knowledge for sci-tech dissemination, practice in sci-tech dissemination, news, etc.

Now, thousands of people attend short course given by the system and the number of attendants increases. And many disseminators at Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill, February 8 Vinalon Complex, Hamhung Railway Bureau and other units have finished the course.

The Sci-Tech Complex keeps updating the tele-education system.
