Recalling that candlelight rallies took place two years after the citizens enraged by the Park Geun Hye "government's" scandal of "state affairs" turned out to candlelight demonstrations in demand of the impeachment, the spokesperson said that it was because evil forces and their remnants still remain in different sectors of the society.
