Among the audience were Choe Hwi, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK); Ri Ryong Nam, vice-premier of the Cabinet; An Tong Chun, chairman of the C.C., the General Federation of the Unions of Art and Literature of Korea; Pak Chun Sik, vice-minister of Culture, officials, creators, artistes and teachers and students in the field of culture and arts.

Present there on invitation were leading members of the Chinese delegation of artistes including its head Luo Shugang, and Chinese Ambassador to the DPRK Li Jinjun and his embassy officials.

Put on the stage were favorite songs of the peoples of the two countries such as female solo "Ardent Desire", male solo "The Fluttering Red Flag", mixed duet "New World". female duet "Song of Changjiang" and choruses "Blue Sky over My Country" and "I Love My Chinese Nation".

The songs of the famous artistes of the two countries were acclaimed by the audience.

The audience congratulated the performers on their successful performance, presenting bouquets to them.
