Vadim Kudimin, director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, said this at an inaugural ceremony of the committee for remembering Chairman Kim Jong Il held in Sankt-Peterburg, Russia on November 2.

He noted that the 7th anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il, the distinguished great man, is approaching, and went on:

He is the leader of the people as he believed in them as in Heaven and devoted all his life to their happiness.

We will widely introduce among the Russian people his immortal exploits for accomplishing the global independence to make voices praising the great man reverberate far and wide.

The Korean people and progressive mankind of the world will always remember the great Comrade Kim Jong Il.

We wish the Korean people greater success in socialist construction under the outstanding leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un.
