African Regional Seminar on Juche Idea
Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- The African regional seminar on the Juche idea for "democracy, independence and development" took place in Conakry, Guinea on November 3.

Displayed at its venue were works of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un and books introducing the proud reality of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Present there were the secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and the chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism who are directors of the African regional committee, the acting general secretary of the Democratic Rally of Africa-Democratic Party of Guinea and other figures of various circles of different countries and the region.

A congratulatory speech was made at the seminar.

Andre Lohekele Kalonda, secretary general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, made a report to be followed by speeches.

Speakers said that the immortal Juche idea founded by Kim Il Sung serves as the undying guideline as it brightly clarifies the road of the popular masses' struggle for realizing independence and building a new society.

They noted that the DPRK has further demonstrated its might as an invincible power which no one dares to provoke thanks to the wise guidance of Kim Jong Un advancing invariably upholding the banner of Juche and the single-minded unity of all the people closely united around him.

Saying that they deeply felt once again the validity and vitality of the Juche idea through the celebrations of the 70th founding anniversary of the DPRK, they called upon all the participants to dynamically wage the struggle for realizing independence in the African region along the road guided by the Juche idea in the future, too.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
