The message said that the Korean people were sincerely pleased with the big success made by the Cambodian friends in the efforts for achieving peace and stability of the country and building a powerful and prosperous state after gaining its independence.

The message expressed the belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the DPRK and Cambodia would steadily develop in the future, too, and wholeheartedly wished the king bigger success in his work for the country and its people.
