Attending the meeting were Ri Yong Son, chairman of the IMAGC who is president of the International Taekwon-Do Federation, Leong Wai Meng, vice-president of the ITF, and Paul Hoglund, president of the World Jiu Jitsu Confederation who are vice-chairmen of the committee, and members of the executive board.

Present there as observers were delegates of various international martial art organizations and national martial art games committees.

The meeting discussed the issues of organizing celebrations of the 20th founding anniversary of the IMAGC and selecting the venue for the 8th International Martial Art Games.
