The president said he extended full support and solidarity to the Workers' Party of Korea and the government and people of the DPRK in their efforts for the country's reunification and economic construction.

He recalled that the Korean people rendered unreserved aid to the struggle of the Burundian people for building a new society, expressing the will to proactively develop the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries with a long history.
