The system, whose platform and configuration are set in a peculiar way, has such functions as contest organizing, selection of units and persons to attend examination, selection of questions for exam, management of examination room, evaluation of exam results and technical service for exam.

A school contest was held at schools for orphans across the country in June, with the help of this system. The result showed that the system ensures simultaneity and promptness of the contest and objectivity and scientific accuracy in evaluating ability on a high level.
