The Japanese ruling quarters and media have proudly advertised it as a "peace constitution".

Rodong Sinmun Sunday in an article says that in Japan the basic law of the state has become a mere scrap of paper due to the security legislation, etc. based on the interpretations of the constitution.

The article goes on:

Militarism has revived in all the fields of social life in Japan, the National Security Council was set up and the state structure was retrogressively established owing to the interpretations of the constitution by the Japanese ruling forces.

Japan's "Self-Defense Forces" use the waters of the Pacific and the Indian Ocean as their own ones and take part in joint military drills in other regions.

Under such situation the Abe forces intend to replace the basic law of the state by the war constitution.

If the war constitution is enforced, it would make Japan legalize its overseas aggression.

Japan follows in the footsteps of the imperial era. It is running headlong rush into the second unimaginable defeat.
