Present there were Pak Chol Min, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League, officials of the youth league, the teaching staff and students of the college, the members of the delegation of the Federal Agency of Youth Affairs of Russia headed by Director Alexander Bugaev, and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora.

Pak Chol Min said in a speech that the bonds of friendship between the youths of the two countries grew stronger this significant year marking the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between the DPRK and Russia.

The delegation's visit would offer an occasion in promoting multi-faceted exchanges and cooperation between the youth organizations of the two countries, Pak said, hoping that young Russians would achieve successes in the work to build powerful Russia.

Alexander Bugaev said that he was pleased to see the brisk cooperation and exchanges between the young peoples of the two countries.

Noting that the excellent traditions of the Russia-DPRK friendly and cooperative relations would be carried forward by the rising generations, he stressed that the Russian youth will always remain as reliable friends of the Korean youth.

Alexandr Matsegora expressed the stand of the Russian government to develop the bilateral friendly and cooperative relations into a new higher level.

There was a performance by the art squad of the Central Committee of the Youth League.

Then, young people of the two countries held a dancing party, deepening the feelings of friendship.
