The book covers 101 works, including speeches, talks, reports and conclusions made by the President from August to November in Juche 34 (1945).

The works comprehensively deal with the outstanding ideas and theories, original lines and strategic and tactical policies set forth by him to light the way ahead of the struggle for building a new country of democracy with the people as its master on the land of the liberated country.
