Progress Made in Construction of Tanchon Power Station

| Pyongyang, November 21 (KCNA) -- The working pit-tunneling project for waterway is progressing apace at the final stage at the construction site of the Tanchon Power Station in the DPRK, amid the brisk drive for increased production to attain the goals of the five-year strategy for national economic development. According to data available, the project for working pits has been carried out at 90 percent to open a prospect for pushing ahead with the work for tunneling pilot tunnels and expanding them in the whole section of waterway tunnel at the same time. |
