| Pyongyang, November 23 (KCNA) -- Anton Khlopkov, director of the Center for Energy and Security Studies of Russia, left here for home on Friday. During his visit he met with officials concerned of the Foreign Ministry and the Institute of International Studies of the DPRK and exchanged views on the issues of mutual concern, including the situation on the Korean peninsula and the relations between the DPRK and Russia. |
