Present there were teachers, researchers, graduate students and field officials of tens of units including Kim Il Sung University, Kim Chaek University of Technology, the State Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Agricultural Science and the Academy of Medical Science.

The exhibition was held divided into panels of nano measurement and theory, nano agriculture and medical science. Displayed there were a lot of research successes contributable to the development of nano technology and read out were more than eighty papers.

During the exhibition, exchanged was experience in the course of researching nano technology through a presentation and brisk technical exchange and a lecture on matters arising in building industry based on nano technology took place.
