It was handed over to Kim Yong Dae, vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, on Monday by Patriarch Illarion, chairman for foreign relations of the Russian Orthodox Church, who is heading a delegation of the Church on a visit to the DPRK.
