The work, published on February 11, Juche 85 (1996), clarifies the idea that commemorating July 8, the anniversary of demise of President Kim Il Sung, as the greatest national memorial day is the noblest moral obligation and firm will of all the Korean people and progressive mankind determined to hold him in high esteem forever as the great leader of the cause of the Juche revolution and the father of all people.
