Present at the meeting were members of the delegation of the DPRK side to the commission led by chief delegate Pak Myong Guk, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, staff members of the DPRK embassy in Beijing, chief delegate of the Chinese side to the commission Kong Xuanyou, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, and officials concerned.

The meeting reviewed the work of the commission since the 3rd meeting of the commission and discussed the issue related to the orientation of its future activities.
