The organization in a press release denounced Kim Song Thae for crying out for application of provisional disposition to keep the "September Pyongyang Joint Declaration" and the military agreement from taking effect over the "government's" decision on ratification of them.

Not content with having prevented the "National Assembly" from ratifying the Panmunjom Declaration without any reason, LKP is trying to impede the implementation of the Pyongyang Joint Declaration and the military agreement, said the organization, adding that it shows that the party does not want peace on the Korean peninsula and the development of inter-Korean relations.
