The president recollected the meeting with President Kim Il Sung during his visit to the DPRK.

He said that the relations of friendship and solidarity between our two countries have a long history.

He noted that the spirit of friendship and solidarity is now being carried forward.

He went on: I will strive to develop the good friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries.

We support reconciliation and cooperation between the north and south of Korea, peace and reunification.
