The message extended warm congratulations to the president and, through him, to the friendly party, government and people of Laos on the occasion of the 43rd birthday of the LPDR.

The message said that over the past 43 years the Lao government and people have achieved great successes in the work for defending socialist idea, consolidating the people's democratic system and achieving the independent development and prosperity of the country under the correct leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.

The message wholeheartedly wished the president good health and happiness and bigger success in his responsible work, expressing belief that the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two parties and two governments created by the preceding leaders would invariably develop by the concerted efforts.
