Victim of "Yusin" Dictatorship Acquitted

| Pyongyang, December 2 (KCNA) -- A south Korean who was sentenced to jail by "yusin" dictatorial forces has been given a verdict of not guilty, according to the south Korean MBC on Nov. 29. The victim was sentenced to 2 years in prison for allegedly spreading false rumor during the October resistance for democracy. The Supreme Court gave him a verdict of not guilty, saying that the then "martial law" and "garrison decree" run counter to laws. |
